I have a word document that is properly Outline Numbered. When I attempt to
boldface the characters just after the numbering, the numbering also is
boldfaced. How can I prevent the boldface from effecting the numbering?

I have created a document with auto page numbering using
MS Word 2000.  When I send this document to a client that
uses Word 2002, all of the page numbers become zeros (0).

I am using Word 97, and am creating a word document with a
numbered list. Three of my numbers in the middle of my
list are bolded, I don't know how or why, or what caused

How do I create a reference to a paragraph number that is
actively updated as this number changes? I.e. "See
paragraph 29."  Paragraph 29 changes as I add and delete

I am using Word 2003 and would like to have 2 page-
numbering schemes within a document:  one that numbers
the pages in a section using the header and the other
that uses the footer for the page number for the whole

I create styles often and make about four levels.  I
usually type four or five items as Level 1.  Then I will
type below the first item in the Level 1 for a Level 2

problems with footnote numbering.  Her dissertation has
multiple chapters and the school's guidelines specify
