Somehow, the outline numbering of my document has gotten completely messed
up.
I had it working at one point, but now it isn't, and Word refuses to

I have two sections in my document.  the first contains the itroduction and
preface etc and I would like these pages to be numbered using Roman format.
The second section has all the chapters and I would like the page numbers to

Documents", to enable me to get the Appendix pages in a document
numbered

In Word 2000 - I do not want the numbering (numbers) to
ident.  I can change this for one document but cannot
seem to make it the default.  Also, Word 2000 will not
capitalize the first letter in my numbered list like it
