I am using endnotes for references.  My problem arises
when I have several of the same references (let's say
endnote 37)that keep repeating. It seems silly to list
the same reference as 38, 39, and 40 as well as 37.

I need to know if there is any way, when you have a Word
document open, and you go into "Insert", "Field", click

I have a Word 2003 and a problem with outlining.
I have a(rather long) document that looks just OK on save. When I
reopen the document (and sometimes in the middle of changes), some of
the text gets promoted to Level 1. I can fix outline through setting
