I've never seen this before - has anyone else?  I have a
document of 6 pages.  Although the correct number of pages
1/6 is displayed in the bottom toolbar - when you click on
the first page, 'page 3' is displayed at the bottom left

(five levels deep) to work for me.  I created new styles;

I have a very large table - spanning over several pages
I have footnotes which I need to appear at the bottom of

Am I right in thinking that you can only have a maximum of
9 levels when using Outline Numbering?
I'm using the following format in Word 2002:
1, 1.1, 1.1.1 etc.

I have created 2 styles to achieve the following effect:
1.   parah heading (level 1, bold 11 arial)
1.1  parah text (level 2, bold 11 times new roman)
1.2  parah text

I have been trying to set up this numbering scheme
(attached) using styles.  The required scheme is:
The first three levels are 1, 1.1 and 1.1.1
The next level is (a)

Is there a way to have multiple parts to a line in the TOC? For example:
Section    Title                      Page
1               Introduction           1-1
Where "1" is the Section number, and "Introduction" is the Heading 1 text.
