I only recently changed from Office 2000 to XP. I use the outline numbered lists quite a lot, and I always used TAB and SHIFT-TAB to promote and demote items. This doesn't seem to work in XP anymore, it just inserts a normal TAB. Or have I missed something?

I am editing a Word document that already has footnotes in it. When add a footnote now Word doesn't count correctly; the footnote I entere should be no 10, but Word counts it (automatically) as no 5. What can be done
