I am using Word 2000. The page number command, in the INSERT menu, is "greyed out" and therefore, not usable. I would appreciate any instruction as to how to retrieve this command and make it, again, workable.

We are using Word 2003 on Windows XP. In all of the "views" (print, outline, etc) the autonumbered lines show as being numbered correctly, however when we print the page out ALL of the numbers are listed as 0) zeros!
