Problem...  page 1 of 1, 2 of 2, 3 of 316 Jun 2004 12:44 GMT5
my problem is that when the document prints, it prints
the numbering as "Page 1 of 1", Page 2 of 2", and so
on...  this is what im using:
Page {page} of {sectionpages}

I have a document with multiple chapters (Heading 1).  Some chapters
have section breaks in them to change page layout.  How can I get Word
to continuously number endnotes in a chapter without continuous
numbering through out the whole document?

Can anyone tell me how to have consistent numbering

Once I wanted to use the table of contents for one of my
projects but I couldn't; in the meantime, some other
problems emerged like there are some symbols resembling a
hammer head by the name of TOC 1, 2, 3..... and also

When inserting page numbers the default values appear to
be Position=Bottom and Alignment=Right.  I prefer
centered page numbers.  Does anyone know of a way to
change the default alignment setting to "center" so that
