I have used this after a Contents page (using the Word contents field). It worked all right until I changed the page numbering from the {Pages} field to {SectionPages}. Now the blank page previously inserted by the Odd Page Break code isn't there, although the Reveal Formatting ...

In Word 2000 I was able to use the Tab key to change my paragraph levels up or down. I can't seem to find the box to turn this on in Word 2002. Can anyone tell me where it is?
