I'm trying to create a template which will give the
following format with auto numbering and contents page
generation.  The fonts and layout need to be incorporated
into the Styles

I have used this after a Contents page (using the Word contents field).
It worked all right until I changed the page numbering from the {Pages}
field to {SectionPages}. Now the blank page previously inserted by the Odd
Page Break code isn't there, although the Reveal Formatting ...

I want to be able to use line numbering to count lines and
not spaces in Word 2002.  Any suggestions?  Is this a VBA
problem?  Thanks.

I've got a big document that has several different chapters (or
sections).  I need to be able to have differnet headers for all the
chapters (for example, chapter 1's header is "In the beginning",
chapter 2 is "God created man", etc...).  The way I have it right now,

I have Office 97 installed, and when working in Word keep
having the following error: Winword.exe has caused.....
and Word shuts down. I have tried reinstalling Word
several times but this error still appears.

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the above article (referenced on
the Microsoft Word MVP FAQ site but sadly not available)?

I have to use a non-sequential numbering in a document.
For example, the numbering starts not with 1.0, but with
4.2.3 name...
4.2.3.1 name...

I'm working on a document using outline numbering.  The
numbering is stuck at #5.  I don't want to keep manually
fixing the numbered list and when I go to format the list,
I don't get the option for which number I want to continue

Can anyone tell me if they have had this problem? This is
for Word 2000 (9.0.6926 SP-3) running in our transcription

I've got a rather large document that contains various different styles.
One such style contains roman numerals.  As this style is used in various
locations within the document, how can i set up the "style" so the numbering
restarts each time it is applied rather than continuing ...

In Word 2000 I was able to use the Tab key to change my
paragraph levels up or down.  I can't seem to find the
box to turn this on in Word 2002.  Can anyone tell me
where it is?
