I'm trying to create a template which will give the
following format with auto numbering and contents page
generation.  The fonts and layout need to be incorporated
into the Styles

I have used this after a Contents page (using the Word contents field).
It worked all right until I changed the page numbering from the {Pages}
field to {SectionPages}. Now the blank page previously inserted by the Odd
Page Break code isn't there, although the Reveal Formatting ...

I've got a big document that has several different chapters (or
sections).  I need to be able to have differnet headers for all the
chapters (for example, chapter 1's header is "In the beginning",
chapter 2 is "God created man", etc...).  The way I have it right now,

In Word 2000 I was able to use the Tab key to change my
paragraph levels up or down.  I can't seem to find the
box to turn this on in Word 2002.  Can anyone tell me
where it is?
