I have a template that utilizes the heading numbering
schemes available in Word.  The template was built in
Office 97 many years ago.  
I am curious if the functionality of Office 2003 will

For my current document, I can't have the headings of the
appendices generate in the TOC.  I've gone about creating
new styles based on Headings 1, 2, 3, etc and named them
Appx1, Appx, Appx3, etc.  This way, I can have a separate

I want numbered headings to be underlined, including the
number and space between the heading text. I can get the
number and the text to be underlined but not the space
between them.
