Is there a way to set up a list of numbering schemes to be used for our
documents.  I have searched all the sites but have not found anything that
would help me.  The best I found was to save a document with a certain
paragraph numbering scheme as a template and use that.  But ...

I have a project for school in which I have to use small Roman numeral
- i, ii, iii - for the first three pages and then 1- whatever on th
rest.  It has to be in one document and in an email format.  How do

Even from Microword documents emailed to me from others.

I have about a hundred Word 2000 documents with tables in them that
are product lists. I'm looping over these product lists with VBA and,
based on a key field, transferring information over to a new table in

I don't know you folks and we don't know if you know the answer to this
question, MS Word GURUS.  It involves orphan index page numbers
appearing in an MS Word index.
We've tried to remove these entries and their corresponding XE tags, but

A file done in 2000 (9.0.2720) and opened in 2002 (10.2627.2625)
displays the TOC without the paragraph numbers.  As a hint, the same
file, returned to the puter running 2000, does not display the numbers

Hi, i am using vb to read a xxx.doc (microsoft word) and analyst th

This sounds very much like a problem I have seen documented for earlier
versions of Word but supposedly cured.
I created a new letter template with 3 sections.  1st and 3rd sections were
locked forms (for filling of names, addresses ref's etc.) and middle section
