How can I footnote several words throughout a page or document so that the
reference the same footnote?  I can superscript my number manually, but if I
add a footnote to text before the first one, I have to change all my
references manually.

I have a document with page numbering in the Header which I cannot remove.
When I delete it appears to be gone but when I close the Header box and check

Working in Word 2003 the other day I opened up a document e-mailed from
the outside.  Couldn't tell what version of Word had been used to
create the document, but the paragraph numbering had been done using
LegalMacPac.  Their tell-tale signature is to name list templates
