I have a document template that is designed to be used for capturing
information at point of sale. I'd like to number them sequentially, but there
has to be an easier way than saving the same page multiple times in the
document and then changing the start page number, but I can't ...

I have a long document in outline form and broken up into sections.  In
addition to the page number in the header I'd also like to include the
section number that is on that page to make for easy document navigation.
As the document is edited and sections added, I'd like for that ...
