I have a document comprised of 3 modules.  And each module is made up of
lessons.
The page numbering I would like to use for this document would be to
incorporate the module number within the continuous page numbers. For example:
Pages: 1 2 3 July, 2005
2008DecNovOctSepAugJulJunMayAprMarFebJan
2007DecNovOctSepAugJulJunMayAprMarFebJan
2006DecNovOctSepAugJulJunMayAprMarFebJan
2005DecNovOctSepAugJulJunMayAprMarFebJan
