I have created a table of contents using the built-in "classic" format.
Does anyone know how I can get the page numbers to appear with a zero prefix
as below:

I have a document that flips back and forth between legal and letter
size paper.  The document is to be duplexed such that each section
starts on the front of a page and the pages are numbered according
to their position in the section ( {Page} of {SectionPages} )

Is it possible to remove the numbering completely. I want to insert pictures
into a document and have user defined text, not numbering sequence or figure
