Hi. When I create a Table of Contents in Word it does not show the section
numbering even though I have numbered every marked item in the document body.
Any ideas?

  I’m having a problem with page numbering in Word 2003.  In a document
with several sections the page numbering is some sections doesn’t begin with
page #1.  For example, the last page of section 5 appears as, “5-10” which is
correct.  Unfortunately, the first page of section 6 ...

The important part is the "." (point) or any other delimiter. How can I

Client has 80 page document using "page x of y" printing.  It will only
print correctly if 1) Background printing is turned off and 2) if printed in
Reverse Order.  Printer is a RICOH AFI CIO 1045P.  Printer driver is RICOH
AFICIO 1045 PCL5E.

I went through the tutorial on Shuana Kelly's web site which was
helpful.
I set up the Headings to use outline numbering.
I set the font to Arial Bold 12 pt.

This probably seems like a dumb question, but how do I add chapters to a Word
