Client has 80 page document using "page x of y" printing. It will only print correctly if 1) Background printing is turned off and 2) if printed in Reverse Order. Printer is a RICOH AFI CIO 1045P. Printer driver is RICOH AFICIO 1045 PCL5E.

I went through the tutorial on Shuana Kelly's web site which was helpful. I set up the Headings to use outline numbering. I set the font to Arial Bold 12 pt.
