I am creating a document that requires outline numbering, sometimes
with headings and sometimes with normal text only. For example:
1  Heading 1

I want to remove the names I gave to some outline numbering list templates
(as entered in the "ListNum field list name" field  in the Customize dialog
box). It seems that to do this I need to open the list templates concerned.
However, the Bullets and Numbering dialog box only ...

Anyways, I've been requested to create a template that has more than one
page set on a page.  For instance, I'm on Page 6 of a 150-page document.
