I have two generate a rather large document that will be collaborated between
several firms.  I would like to be able to have the page numbering continue
between several documents.  Is there a way to either make a book out of these
documents or bind them in some sort of way so I ...

For some reason, when I hit TAB in a numbered or bulleted list, it actually
moves five spaces to the right, instead of changing to the next level in the
list hierarchy (i.e. move from 2. to a.)  Similary, when I hit SHIFT-TAB, it
moves fives spaces to the right.

I have inserted a page break, so auto page number with i, ii , iii ...
and 1,2,3 .....
But it displays 4 instead of iv, when i click and see the footer it
displays the original number when i come out of footer i goes to 4

appendices. For contents i have used word heading styles heading 1, 2
...... for Appendices i have used my own created styles . But when i
generate TOC only the contents appear , not the headings of Appendix
