I have customized one of the numbering styles in Bullets and Numbering and would like to set this as the default so that when I click on the Numbering icon on the toolbar, it uses my customized numbering. Anybody know how to do that?

I want my normal template to always have page numbering. I thought by opening up a new template, formatting the numbering in the footer and placing that template in the star-up folder, all my blank documents would have the page number.

I use MS Word 2000. I print business cards 16 up, on a page 205mm x 510mm, 2 wide. I need to be able to setup a label print where Word will print numbers 1 to 16 on the first sheet of labels, 17 to 32 on the second, and so on.

After following Shauna Kelly's instructions for wordproof outlines, while still in "Styles", is there any reason to alter the settings in Paragraph (these have been set to 0 and none before modifying the numbering. What about tabs? (leave both alone?)

I have been told to not number my Appendix pages - which is easy - BUT how can I insert an automatic Table of Contents that will show my Appendix A but not have a page number showing (since there isn't one there anyway)??? Thanks...

I want a TOC that numbers document pages like 2-14, 8-35, etc. This is the TOC field I'm using: { TOC \o "1-2" \s chapter } I included "\s chapter" to pick up SEQ fields in each chapter.
