All of the sudden I am having the numbers of my "Page X of Y" that I've added to my headers show up shaded. I can't figure out what happened. I don't know that I formatted any kind of shading in anything. I did insert cells into the header. Could that have anything to do with it?

My TOC is doing exactly what it should be doing, which is why i'm upset. I have 'heading' Text which is numbered in the body which also appears numbered in the TOC. I don't want it to be numbered, and cannot seem to change it.

OK, I can NOT figure out why this is happening. First, I built template with outline-numbered headings. I also built unnumbered body text styles to line up margin-wise with each numbered heading. Template is fine even with the issue I am about to describe.

I have a document that I've been inserting comments into. Up to comment number 19 all was well, but the 20th comment is numbered 110. All subsequent comments follow from 110 (i.e. 111, 112, 113, etc.). Any thoughts on how I can remove the jump in numbering?
