Lets say you have a document with 200 pages. Is it possible to number the
first few pages of the document in Roman numerals (I II III IV) and then
number the remaing pages in arabic numerals (1,2,3,4)?
This style is similar to what you would see in text books or in some novels.

When I click on bullets on the toolbar and start typing I encounter 2
scenarios.
Scenario 1 on my laptop:

Sorry, had to get that off my chest... I've wasted countless hours over the
years trying to get it to do what I want... and I don't mean "do what I want
in the body of the document", I mean just "save what I input".  You get
something setup all nice, hit ok, and then it decides ...

have setup a style for Heading 1 . The followed by paragarph is
"Normal"
After completing 3 Heading 1 , I decide to change the style of  para to
follow Heading 1 to  say 'Funky".

Install MS Office 2003 Arbic Language Pack. All text and numbers are in
