I have grayed out buttons on my outline tool bar the split, merge, lock buttons and others are not available? Also I thought there was a way to open an outline file condensed, I can save the document condensed but when I open it is fully expanded?

I have a row of cells which is a part of a bigger word document. In this row I want to write a date in the cell to the left (e.g. by using "fill in fields" and then automaticly calculate the date of the day after in the next cell and so on.

When I add a bullet point to a paragraph (by clicking on the bullet toolbar button) the left indent and the hanging indent both move by 0.63cm to the right. Also, a tab stop is added at 1.27cm to the right of the original indent position. I would prefer it if the left indent ...
