This was easy to do in Office 2003 but I cannot figure it out in 07. I click on the header and then the number icon but whatever number I type in stays there on every page.  Help wants me to do some add-in, but they are all disabled and there isn't any to add.

Does anyone know how to include the Chapter Number in the endnotes?
Similar to the way you can select the checkbox "Include Chapter Number"
for captions, but I do not see this option for my endnotes.  I'd like
my endnotes to read 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-2, etc. etc.
