Bullets / sub bullets intendation30 Jan 2007 22:53 GMT1
How do I make the 2nd line of bullets always indent the same?
The problem I am having is that when I create a 1st bullet, I press
enter then Tab and have the 2nd/sub-bullet. Then I reformat it to
indent a little less than Word did by default.  Then I press Enter and
Add a header and then a page number28 Jan 2007 10:06 GMT3
When I insert a header and try to add a page number to it, it blows the
header away. How can I insert a header, add a page number, and have no page

Numbered paragraph styles26 Jan 2007 18:33 GMT10
I have read the previous issues on numbering, but none of it seems to help.

I have a document with two sections. I used Suzanne Barnhill's article,
"How to set up a document with front matter numbered separately"
successfully on a couple of documents; I don't know that this problem
is related to this.
caption numbering changing12 Jan 2007 14:13 GMT6
I am having a problem with MSWORD XP and the Figure caption numbering.
If I have a series of figures that are linked to Heading 6, I get the
correct number.
Figure 1.1.1.1.1.1-1, etc.
Converting numbered lists to plain text11 Jan 2007 16:39 GMT3
Hi folks --
I have a document where I have used automatic numbering to make lists,
etc.  Is there a way to convert the automatic numbering to just plain
text, but to retain the formatting (numbers, tab stops, and so on)?
