My letterhead template is set up to have a logo/address that appears only on the first page of a Word document. After the first page, there's a section break after which I have "unlinked" the header from page 1, and erased the logo/address. So far, so good.

I am trying to set page numbers in a document in Word 2003. I go into Insert>Page Numbers, say where I want them, and then click on Format to tell it what style of numbers and what number to start. All that happens is that {PAGE } appears on each page.
