Is it possible to number the 6th page as page 1? I want the first 5 pages for title, copyright info, table of contents, etc. and the actual text (of the book) to start on page 6 (as Page 1). Thanks for your help.

I feel I am a pretty good MS Word user, and rarely have a problem I can't solve, but this is one of those occasions. So far, I've been able to get Outline Numbering to do what I want, i.e. the correct level, numbering, etc.

I have a user that has a large document and has setup in the header the page numbering option. In two different places in the document, she wants to be able to have a page number remain the same for the following page but with an a added to it.

After creating a new outline numbering style "MyOutline", I notice that it shows up multiple times in the "Bullets and Numbering" gallery dialog (Format, Styles, Modify, Numbering) thus replacing the Word defaults.
