Can anyone help me. I would like to print off a questionnaire but have each one numbered for reference purposes. Can you tell me how to achieve this without numbering by hand? e.g i want to print 500 copies and want them numbered from 1 to 500.

I need to rebrand some document by copying and pasting their contents into new templates. The documents contain numbered lists. When I paste the contents of the document into a new document, the lists' renumbering changes so they are counted as one whole list.

Read and tried to implement the instructions in http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numbering/OutlineNumbering.html. However, Word 2007 functions differently. Can't find the Outline Numbered Tab as mentioned under 2.

I use since years a custom page numbering including the chapter number bind to heading 2 level. Each of my file represent a chapter (heading 1) followed by a toc then a page break an the first heading 2.
