What exactly is required to permanently change the paragraph style used in numbered and bulleted lists? I want to permanently change it to space a half-line (3pt) after each item. What's the secret to achieiving that?

I have created a manual which is divided by chapters. Can anyone tell me how to print just 1 chapter instead of the whole document? I have tried to highlight a selection and print but it ends up not printing the footers on each page.

When printing a (for example) ten page document the page numbers on the print preview appear as "Page 1 of 4, Page 2 of 4" etc. But when the document is physically printed, either to a printer or PDF the headers then read "Page 1 of 1" for the first page, through to "Page 4 of 4" ...
