I have created a style based multi-level list where the outline levels are

(using an enter) all works fine, the document returns to the prior normal
font (style).  If I progress deeper than level 1 and I ...

Is there a way to insert page numbers and have them automatically be

Which auto-numbering technique is best for monthly calendars?03 Apr 2008 05:59 GMT4
Which auto-numbering technique is best (easiest) to use for monthly calendars?
I'm referring to monthly calendars in 'table' format -- i.e., 7 columns
(each column representing a 'day of the week') and 4 or 5 rows (each row
