After pasting a table in from another document, my heading levels beyond 1

numbering incorrectly. Header1 is set to 7., but Header2 is coming in at 1.4.

Is there a way to set the default bullet format in Word 2007?   What I mean

prefilled report for them to used based on what they selected from the
userform.

numbered list problem07 Jun 2008 14:21 GMT2
I have Word 2007.
In creating numbered lists, I click the Numbering icon on the menu. Numbers
1 through 9 automatically puts maybe two spaces between the number and the
start of the text I type.

following the number?
