I followed the Shauna Kelly rules for setting up numbering for my
template. (I picked one Outline List Template and set all subsequent
headings from there and linked them to the appropriate heading styles.
And I named my list template.)

I created my own Headings instead of using the preset outline numberings.  
When I'm working on my outlines, the numbers and letters scramble out of
order, and not necessarily in sequence with the previous section with the
same heading.  I have to go in manually to fix it all, but ...

I have a block of text which contains numbered paragraphs that are

A customer is asking me if it is possible to format page numbers in  the TOC
different than the TOC entry.
For example:
"1. Heading 1                                                     1"

I was trying to omit page number for Heading 7 level 7 in my TOC but to no
avail. I want all levels to show their page number except for Heading 7.
Heading 7 is used for appendixes.
