Sorry to bother you all with this, but i just haven't found an answer to my problem anyware. I would just like to know, how can I number an MS Word document ignoring the sections (just number the pages sequentially, not bothering if there are sections there or not)?

I'm running Word 2003. I've created a numbered list style. When I use the style for a second time in the document the numbering picks up from where it left off previously.

We had a power outage the other day. Now the formatting (specifically, bulleting) in my files has gone wonky. When I try to bulletize or enumerate a paragraph, it bulletizes/enumerates every single line in the file -- headings, Normal, blank lines, all styles, everything.

I have to covert over 200 documents to a common style, and I've spent the last few weeks planning the conversion process, but I having a problem that is preventing me from making this project a little less painful, and any help would be appreciated.
