I have window 2k with office 2000. In microsoft word, how
can I set up the word document to come up in normal view
instead of print view. Right now everytime when bring up
the microsoft word, it always come up in the print view.

What is the deal with numbering pages?  Why is it so
freaking hard for WORD to understand that numbers are
continuous?  I hate Bill Gates and having to use this
crappy product at work is always aggrevating.

Small square indicator in left margin01 Aug 2003 15:01 GMT1
In some of my documents, a small square indicator appears
on the screen in the left margin at certain places in the
document like where there is a heading or the first line
of a paragraph.  This small marker does not print with the

In XP, if I want to divide my page in half for page
borders, I can go to file/page setup select multiple pages
and select 2 pages per sheet.  
How do I get the same in Office 97?
Footnote located on page following insert01 Aug 2003 02:25 GMT1
Windows XP SP2
I insert a lone footnote at top of page #18 and for some
reason the footnote is located first in order on page #19
with a continuation line.  I have tried deleting the text
