All of a sudden I have a square bracket in each corner of
my page when I am in Print Layout View.  These brackets
apparently mark where the margins are and they are the
same brackets that exist when you select the text

I have a 24 page document that I'm adding a footer to.  
However, I need the footer to start number the pages at 5
instead of 1.
