Is there a way to limit the number of lines (to say 59) in a page ? I looked at help and was asked to go to File Menu and then Page layout and click on Document Grid tab there. But, I can't see a Document grid tab on both my Word2000

Word 2000 Help has no information on turning off page numbering altogether, although there's lots about how to format page numbering in various ways. Can page numbering be turned off completely, and if so, how do I do it? Thanks if you can help....

Does anyone know how to insert the name of the receipient of a letter into the header? I want the header on the 2nd page of the letter to include the name of the recipient, the date and the page number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there any easy way to make an outline in word 2003? Seems like such a hassle to go in , change headers for each level, etc etc. Isn't there a default template?

Each time I start Word 2003 or a new document while using Word 2003 I get the Getting Started Task Pane (what a pain). How do I get rid of this option. I have ticked off the box in tools but it has no permanent effect????
