I've been unsuccessful making a word template that will let me fill in the
tab sheets that came with the 3 hole tab sheets I bought at Staples.
They have these directions printed on them for Word 6 and 7, but nothing for
word 2002.

CAn you create custom borders in Word 2003 like I use to
