My horizontal ruler is auto-hiding. It only appears when I hover the cursor near the area that I would expect the ruler to apper. I would prefer for the ruler to be visible at all times. How can I chagnge thsi? (Word 2003)

Can you have two sets of page numbers (one in the header and one in the footer) independent of each other? I am using Word 2003 and want one count of page numbers be Page X of Y of the whole document and another page number count by section (Page X of Y) Is this possible?
