I have a Word document and am merging addresses into it. When I do the merge, "page 1" appears in the header of every one of the 200 pages, though I can't for the life of me find it in a default setting or in the header of the original Word document. Help would be

I am trying to format an A5 page for an invitation. It will be a fold-over card once printed. The cover text is on the lower half of the page, but I want to add our address. Once the card is printed this should be on the back of the card.

Does anyone know how we can format a template for letters written on letterhead. The issue is that the first page will always have margins that are different that all proceeding pages because of the logo on the first page.
