I have created a template that has a logo and some text boxes on it.
When I type the document all is fine until I get to a new page. On the
second page the logo and text boxes do not appear.
What am I doing wrong

I have created a word document consisting of several tables for user to input text.  When the last row of the table is filled with text such that the table just fit into the page (ie touches the footer), Word jumps to the next page eventhough the new page is completely empty.  ...
