I want to have an inserted picture surrounded by text.  
TIGHT and THROUGH both seem to work just like TOP&BOTTOM.
What are they supposed to do?. SQUARE almost works. It
works with LEFT, RIGHT, or WIDEST, but not with BOTH.

       I have created a booklet.  It's on 8.5 x 14, legal, so I can fold it
and get an 8.5 x 7 finished booklet.
       I just printed all 140 pages of the thing, (~35 sheets), and found an
error on one sheet.  This sheet has pages 5, 6, 135, and 136 on it.
