I have a locked form in which user's periodicallly open
and update with new data. At some point, someone renamed
the attached template, which caused the form to become
detached from the original template.

booklet folded and stitched in the middle of a 8.5X11
sheet.  Is there a way to do it using either Word or

Certainly to reduce cost, I want to print two to a page and then cut it into.  I want to make the form to have the same margins and therefore, if a person gets a top part or bottom part ...

I'm trying to convert a form that used to be printed from
Word and filled out by hand into one that can be filled
out on the computer and printed or emailed. I'm having a
terrible time with the form fields, and I'm not usually

I had been cross-referencing footnotes all morning, but
when I came back after lunch, there were no longer entries
in the "For which footnote" part of the cross-reference
dialog box!

How do I set sections up so I can start numbering my document at page four, but have page four become number one, and five be two etc

A friend of mine uses footnotes regularly (in Word XP).  Often there are so
many that they run on to the following page.  This leaves a lot of wasted
space to the right of the footnote column.

I have tried unsuccesfully to move the right margin.  I
have tried all the ways that are in the help box and also
tried through the helper to no avail.  My text only goes
to 6.  Thanks for your help.
