I'm making a brochure and i'm having a problem.
I use the brochure template from word and that works great, until I
want to insert some headers and footers.
The template uses the landscape-layout and each A4 is divided into 2

Were can I download more true type text

Even though I've set my document/template paper size
default to A4, when printing I constantly have to change
the paper size under 'Preferences/Advanced' from Letter
to A4.

I have a 77 page booklet that I want to number the pages on. The first 12 pages are comprised of introduction, TOC and artwork. How do I get the page numbers to start on page 13 with page #1?

I want to move the left page board to accomodate a gutter.  Does anyone know how to do this?

set the header to display/print ONLY on the first page of
a multipage document?  The header/footer menus are not

the format of them so the font and layout changes and
there appears to be what looks like HTML code attached to
the bottom of the document. How do I restore my documents

I'm using word 2000 and having some spacing problem when I use manua
page break. I have a paragraph that is normal style double spaced. I
looks fine in normal view mode put in print layout and print previe
the spaces is more than double. If I delete the page break and us
