1.  When creating a pdf file in Word 2000, I get a message saying that the margins are outside the printable area.  Page size is 5.5x8.5
2. After clicking for each section of the doc OK to Print, I get a pdf file in which the toc shows ...

I have a lengthy document ~160 pages.  It is broken into about 10 sections.
I'd like to print the document as follows;
One section at a time (so I can do manual duplex)

I originally typed dashes and hit return, causing the
dashes to turn into an automatic line across the page.
