Sometimes when we open a doc in XP we view a 'ghost page'
between the Heading page and the rest of the document.

editor. The editor in itself works fine, but inserting equations messe

How do I get the vertical ruler on Word documents to show
the margin (greyed out) followed by the actual space for
the text.  It seems to do this for the horizontal ruler,
