I have a document that some how has the header applied on
the entire page. I need to delete it. I have tried
everything.

Does anyone know why some Word documents prompt you
before deleting text?  When I highlight text to delete, a
prompt appears in the status bar and I must hit "y"

I'm working on a template. Only 1 section, the default

My ruler measurement does not change when I change the
measurement option to inches.  It only changes the
measurement in the bottom of the page.  Any suggestions?

I am trying to get a word document to print when I open it intially it shows
44 pages, then it "takes off" and you see the counter going page 1/44 to
1/3000 etc, the only way to stop it is to close the document, this does not
happen every time, to make matters worse. I am not sure ...

I was attempting to delete a given page (by number) in a vba program.  I
found that an unwanted space character was being inserted into the document
immediately after the page and page break (the one following the page to be
deleted) were deleted.

I have a problem in word that when I'm at the end of the
page the data went to the next page but I cannot go or see
the data in the next page.  Can anyone help me out with
this problem.

Format Menu>Line, Flush Right with Dot Leaders. This
places the cursor on the right margin with dots from the
left margin.

Hi I created a compnay letterhead in Word 2000 with my
logo and company name on top and address/phone info on
bottom of page.  The problem I have is that when I start
typing a few lines in the body of the letter the

I've noticed that when I use Column break in a section with only one column, it performs as if I've inserted a page break.  Is there any difference in this situation between using a Page break, or a Column break (when working with one column)?

I installed a new printer driver, and somehow it has cocked up the margins
on my basic blank document.
The margins have been decreased to about 1 cm on the left and right. If I
increase them to roughly what they were beforehand & print, I get a warning
