I have a colleague who has created a document with 6 pages. They've set the page setup dimensions to A5 size, but would like to print 2 pages side by side on an A4 page. Any idea how you do this please ?

Is it possible to have crop marks in my documents with out turning ON the Asian language support. I use US English only, but still want to enable crop marks to appear in my documents and also in the print outs.
