Can anyone think of a way to position text on the page so that it WILL NEVER
move ... *without* using text boxes or frames?
When I say, WILL NEVER move, I mean that if someone enters additional text
above the locked-in-place text, the new text will flow around the locked

I see the doc in page layout fine at 1" bottom margin.  
But in print preview, the bottom margin is 2.67".  In
page setup when I click ok, a msg box reads "one or more
margins are set outside of printable area. Choose the Fix
