Can anyone think of a way to position text on the page so that it WILL NEVER move ... *without* using text boxes or frames? When I say, WILL NEVER move, I mean that if someone enters additional text above the locked-in-place text, the new text will flow around the locked

I am very new at working with VBA and programming word documents. What I am doing is connecting to a database and looping through a recordset. the recordset contains one field. I want to build a single word document with each field on its own page.

I see the doc in page layout fine at 1" bottom margin. But in print preview, the bottom margin is 2.67". In page setup when I click ok, a msg box reads "one or more margins are set outside of printable area. Choose the Fix

To improve the layout of my Word 2002 doc, I have added a number of hard page breaks. Mainly I added breaks just prior to major headings, to start the headings on a new page.

Having trouble putting in page numbers. 1. bottom line which lists text status list the first page I wrote as page 2 not 1. When I put in numbers it starts with 2 not 3.
