How do I reduce the leading in a Word 2000 paragraph? Space Before and Space After don't allow negative values. If I reduce the line size, the font eventually gets clipped. Clearly I do not understand how Word handles reduced leading.

I use MS Word 2000 on a Windows XP Professional platform. In converting my Word doc to pdf (Adobe Acrobat version 5.0)the pdf file show a loss of text in some parts of the document. Has this happened to anyone.

I have a Next Page section break placed a few lines after the Table of Contents. Whenever I update the table (not just page numbers) the blank lines and the section break are deleted. Anyone have any thoughts on how to stop this

Everything won't vertically center, but rather stays in the normal position, when I tell it to in the page layout menu. I have Office XP. Text, pictures, you name it, it won't vertically center. What should I do?
