I lost my headers and footers in one document and can't
get them back. I can't even get the box to type a new one
in. I tried changing the margins - nothing.
I think it happened right after I converted the file to a

As a Document Control person, I routinely create online
forms for others to fill out using Word.  To my knowledge,

but the number that is assigned by the style doesn't

In Microsoft Word for Mac, 2001, I cannot find what a handbook directs me
to find in the format menu. Specifically, there is no command for "column"
where I could produce a column dialog box. Nor is there a command to
