On my page I use two custom defined styles (L1 and L2). L2 inherits of L1. Both styles have space above 6pt and space below 4pt. (the option "no space between styles of same format.." is not active). The page is not full, but has many space left for more text lines.

I am using Office XP. When I write documents in Word, sometimes the sizes of the header and footer change mysteriously: there are suddenly several hard returns. Any suggestions to prevent this from happening?
