I know that to enable the drop down menus to work,the document must be protected. This is not a problem. However, I use documents that require taht I unlock (unprotect) the document from time to time. When I do this, the drop down menu fields revert to the default.

When I type and send email messages, the paragraph spacing looks like double space. However, when typing in Word, it looks fine until I copy over to Outlook. The type looks fine, but after I send the message it looks different.

When I look at my document at a new document in print layout view it shows a much smaller margin than the page setup options indicate. When I look at the print preview, it shows the correct margins. Anyone have any ideas why this would be????
